Coach Claudia is a USA Certified Triathlon Coach and WABC Certified Swim Coach. 

Tri-Sharks Training philosophy is based on the belief that training should be about commiting yourself to excellence and having fun while doing it!

With nearly 30 years experience as a competitive swimmer, swim coach, and triathlete, Coach Claudia can help swimmers and triathletes of all levels improve their confidence and performance. Claudia started swimming competitively when she was 6 and went on to swim for University of Georgia. She has coached all levels of swimmers from the beginner to the elite triathlete, helping them achieve their goals, all while having FUN!

Coach Claudia has a 12 year old son named Jack who is also a triathlete. She has a 81 year old father named Marcos Alegre who has completed 8 Ironman World Championship Races in Kona, Hawaii over the last 12 years. Her father is a perfect reminder that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!! 

Claudia has raced a slew of triathlons, from Sprint to Olympic to Ironman 70.3 distance events. She's qualified for USAT Age Group Nationals for the last 10 years. Claudia has placed top 3 in her age group at the Sprint and OLY races over the last 5 years. Her favorite discipline is the Bike and favorite distance is OLY (Olympic disctance).

Elliot Bach is a NASM certified personal trainer and a Level 1 USA triathlon coach. 

Elliot is an elite triathlete, age 24, from Marshall, TX. Elliot has 9 siblings who were all homeschooled. He grew up training/racing as a family activity and has been competing in triathlons since age 13. During high school, he was a "manny" for multiple families, also coaching many of the children in triathlon related activites.

Elliot is new to the area and is hoping to build his coaching business. Elliot trains 25 hours a week and lives in Coppell with his wife Bracie. He has an assoicates degree in advanced personal training and exercise science.

In 2017, Elliot obtained his professional status in the USA world of Triathlon. He currently races locally, nathionally and all over the world in the PRO category. Elliot recently placed top 6 in the Ironman 70.3 in Puerto Rico. He trains diligently throughout the season to reach his goal of placing top 3 on the PRO podium and win some money!!
